Sandra Leigh – TEAM LEADER

Sandra is the Director at Pilates Success, Sandra Leigh Training & Healthy Office Bodies – She is a Professional Pilates Instructor, Coach and Trainer.

Sandra is the founder and owner operator of Pilates Success at Peregian Beach since 2013 and has been working alongside her Pilates business as a life coach with a special interest in health and wellbeing for over the past 10 years.

Her Pilates experience is extensive having a Diploma in Professional Pilates trained by Pilates ITC, strong bones, pre and post-natal, injury rehabilitation with a special interest in program designing for her clients.

As well as the multiple disciplinary roles she has been delivering and facilitating a range of short and long workshops, health and wellbeing retreats predominately on the Sunshine Coast and also as a crew member of a training company at many international events.

She is an expert in her field combining over 25 years of experience in small business management, customer service, retail sales and with her extensive coaching, professional body work knowledge and skills to ensure you feel better for taking the step to engage and work with her.

Sandra recently completed her Level I Empowerment Self Defence (ESD) training in Bangkok Thailand in May 2022. This was the first ever cohort in the Asia Pacific region where she was the only Australian to be trained out of 17 countries in attendance.


Susan Jamison

For the past 25 years plus, Sue Jamison has worked extensively in the fitness industry teaching group and private Pilates classes, and fitness Personal training in California , USA. Sue moved back to her home country of Australia in February 2019, and is very happy to be back.

Sue has had extensive experience with all ages, and especially the mature adult, allowing them to enjoy a better quality of life. She enjoys working with conditions such as osteoporosis, Parkinsons disease, and other debilitating movement patterns.

Sue has certifications in Diploma, licensed Buff Bones, Level 1V in contemporary Pilates and teaching methodology (Australia), Certified Pilates Instructor – 450 hour comprehensive program Balanced Body University, (California U.S.A.)*, PMA certified (Pilates Method Alliance, U.S.A.) Movement method certification, Level 1 Certification in Core Align training. and continuing private and group training with master teachers to evolve and deepen the practice.


Lu Reis

Lu is a motivated pilates instructor who is driven by new challenges and interaction with clients. Previously from Brazil, she is trained as a Polestar Practitioner of Pilates rehabilitation and Physiotherapist.

Lu empathizes with each client to make sure their needs and goals are fully understood and focused on. She is very accurate with correction of breathing, precise movements and posture during each exercise whilst respecting the clients’ perception, level of comprehension, fitness level and any pathology or injury.

Bringing over 14 years of experience with pilates along with myofascial release techniques, manual therapy and yoga/mobility techniques.


Abbi Joustra

Hi, I’m Abbi – a lover of the outdoors and all things Pilates. I am a diploma trained instructor with training in Mat Pilates, Barre, Reformer, Cadillac and small studio equipment and I absolutely love sharing the joy and confidence in your body that Pilates brings!

I have always been passionate about movement and sports, from doing field hockey, rock-climbing and athletics at school to bush-walking and trail-running. Throughout my passion for staying active and healthy, I have always found that quality mindful movement and Pilates brings me confidence in my body and strength and healing.

Pilates has been my go-to when I have faced injuries or health challenges and I love to share with others how to feel confident and strengthened in their own bodies.
