In today’s fast-paced world, it’s not uncommon to feel overwhelmed, wired, and disconnected from your body. At Pilates Success, we believe that gentle, mindful movement can be one of the most powerful remedies — and Yoga has become an essential part of that healing journey.
Before founding Pilates Success, Sandra Leigh spent over a decade on the Yoga mat. As a strong and energetic young mother with a love for surf lifesaving, swimming, and team sports, she originally came to Yoga for the deep stretch — the way it soothed her athletic body and balanced her active lifestyle.
But as life evolved, so did her practice. During challenging periods of mental health struggles, Yoga became more than just movement — it became a sanctuary. A place to breathe. To soften. To find peace and clarity in the midst of inner storms. Later, Sandra was guided professionally toward Pilates as the foundation for her wellness business. Yet deep down, she always knew Yoga would return — not just for her, but for the people she serves.
In January 2025, that vision expanded into reality, with the launch of Yoga at Pilates Success — supported not only by Sandra, but by a team of dedicated, heart-led Yoga teachers who share her mission to bring more calm, connection, and balance into everyday lives.

Our Yoga offerings include:
= Easy Flow Yoga – A gentle, fluid sequences that stretch and awaken the body without stress or strain.
= Yin Yoga – Longer-held postures that invite deep release, stillness, and nervous system recovery.
= Yin Yang Yoga - A combination of Easy Flow and Yin Yoga
These practices are yin-based and intentionally calming, designed to meet you where you are and counterbalance
the stress of modern life. We often hear our clients say they arrive feeling scattered or tense —
and leave feeling softer, more centred, and deeply grounded.
